Floral Pickup & Delivery
We deliver Friday-Sunday between 11am-4pm within 8 miles of our Cincinnati design studio located in the historic neighborhood of Columbia Tusculum. While we can't guarantee specific delivery times, we will try to accommodate special requests.

Yes! We offer no-contact and curbside pick up at our studio in the Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood of Cincinnati on Friday-Sunday between 11am-4pm.
We do not offer shipping of any of our fresh flower products due to their fragile nature.
Please place your order with at least 24 hour notice. Short notice and same day orders may be available by calling us at (513) 463-7086, but are not guaranteed.
Our retail shop is open Fri-Sun 11-4pm located at 3706 Eastern Ave. in the historic Columbia Tusculum neighborhood of Cincinnati. For custom arrangements and deliveries, please pre-order online. For wedding and event consultations, please email email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll do our best to find a safe spot to place it, out of direct sunlight and any precipitation. If we determine that quality of the flowers could be affected, due to weather like extreme heat or snow, or other circumstances, we will not leave the order and will notify the sender and recipient where it is located.
Unopened and unused non-floral goods are accepted for refund to the original form of payment or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Original proof of purchase must be presented in-store at time of return. For online orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return.
All fresh flowers are final sale. Please reference the care card provided with your purchase to ensure proper maintenance of your flowers once they arrive at their new homes.
Cancellations for fresh flower orders (including recurring subscription orders) may be made as follows:
- Cancellation must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the delivery/pick up date.
- If a cancellation occurs after the timeframe described above, Eve Floral reserves the right to withhold a refund.
Cancellations for non-floral orders may be made prior to the item being sent out for delivery.
For any recurring orders (i.e. "Subscriptions"), you may change a delivery date, or establish a limit on the orders by emailing email@example.com according to the cut off times listed here.
Eve Floral Co. takes every measure to provide fresh, professionally-designed and treated floral arrangements to our customers, as well as making basic care instructions available to maximize the longevity of the florals. With care, and in the proper conditions, we are confident your florals will last a minimum of three (3) days from pick-up/delivery.
All quality claims must be made within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery, and the original product must be presented in-person at the shop, or detailed photos emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive an appropriate replacement. No replacements will be made after this time frame. No quality complaints will be handled via Instagram DM.
