• No refunds or exchanges, sales tax included

• Due to its fragile nature, this item cannot be shipped, but is available for local delivery or pickup in Cincinnati

• Please place order with a date at least 2 days in advance notice. Since each arrangement is hand-designed and customized by order additional time is requested to make each piece. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified immediately.
